“My contact lenses mean a lot to me. They give me so much more confidence.”
This week is #LoveYourLenses Week, raising awareness of how to look after your contact lenses.
Contact lenses are worn safely by millions of people. However, if lenses are not looked after properly, serious eye problems can arise.
As well as cleaning and storing contact lenses properly, make sure to remove your contacts before showering or swimming – contacts and water shouldn’t mix.
If you’ve not seen your optician in a while, now’s a good time to book an appointment. Your optician can check the fit of your contact lenses and examine your vision. Our contact lens specialists can advise you on best ways to care for your lenses to make sure your eyes stay healthy.
If you love your eyes, love your lenses.
